Telefonische intake niet prettig, zeer afstandelijk en de mevrouw dacht niet mee. Prijs van 350 euro klopt ook niet, werd meer dan 100 euro duurder.

It is nightmare to get any kind of information from these guys. After the first agreement, I called many times to get further information but no luck. No return to e-mails, I even tried to reach them via Whatsapp. My mortgage advisor also called many times but he did not reach them either. I felt really insecure regarding this impassive behaviour.
They did the job, but for a second I thought I was conned.
