Attention, this broker is cheating.

In my receipt I got additional fee for closing/reopening a valuation. The problem is that I never did it.

I called him and he agreed that it's a mistake. It turns out, that he put some website advertise comission (36 euros) to this column (closing/reopening valuation) and he said to me that I need to pay for this.

Its like if you saw an advertisement in a road banner and you decide to buy this product. In his logic, client should not only pay the product price but also monthly rent for a banner to cover seller costs.
