I usually never review a service, but in this case I will give a negative feedback with a great pleasure, because Eindhoven Taxatie Centrale is an extremely unprofessional organization.

The makelaar who was doing taxation came to my house one hour later than we scheduled the visit, and due to his delay I had to cancel a work meeting. The taxation was promised to be ready after a week (already an unexpectedly long time), but I actually had to wait several days longer and to call many times in order to get any information other than 'it will be tomorrow'. The estimated value of the house was disappointingly low, although I told them that I needed a bit higher value just to get better interest rate for the mortgage. They didn't want to deliver the taxation report before it was paid, although the web site says payment after delivery. And even after paying it, I still don't have it in my mailbox. Add to this that their communication is rude and unprofessional... and my only advice is 'stay as far from them as possible, for your own good'.
