Onjuistheden in het rapport, gemeld en niet naar tevredenheid afgehandeld!

Het rapport is juist, u bent het er niet mee eens, dat is wat anders! Er is uitgelegd dat persoonlijk verbruik niets te maken heeft met het energielabel maar dat lijkt u niet te snappen.
Tevens is uw zienswijze wat mechanische ventilatie is, niet juist. Ik kan niet regelgeving aanpassen omdat u het er niet mee eens bent.
Als u vervolgens ook aangeeft dat 4mm stucwerk en 2 lagen latex moet zorgen voor een zeer koele binnentemperatuur kan ik de klacht dan ook niet meer serieus nemen....

- er is geen relatie gelegd tusen splitsingsakte(met daarin zaken bestemd voor VVE) en werkzaamheden volgens het MJOP hetgeen juist bestemd is voor de VVE
- zeer summiere opgave
- geen aanvullende informatie gevraagd tijdens inspectie
- onvolledige rapportage kruipruimte en balkenlaag niet meegenomen

The inspector didn't say anything about the thermographic survey during the inspection but in the report it's mentioned that he had recommended and we rejected. This is unprofessional. If he had recommended that, we'd have chosen it.
- The inspector has mentioned that many places were not inspected because those places were covered by things. He didn't say anything during the inspection. It was only the couch and two beds in two rooms, we'd have easily moved those.
- It’s very unprofessional for the inspector to not have the moisture meter. I had planned the inspection because I wanted to know any technical defect and the moisture level at old leaking places. But now, I still don’t have an idea on the moisture level. Are you responsible if there is any defect found later related to moisture level?
- In the report, I also read that he was unable to inspect the foundation/crawl space. I'd have appreciated some feedback on this during the inspection.
Given all this, I'm very unsatisfied with this inspection. This is the first time that I see so many open points from the inspection. The purpose of the inspection is not at all met. I want my money back.

To clarify, the thermographic survey was recommended during the inspection, but you declined, which is why this is noted in the report. Areas blocked by furniture could not be inspected, and it is the client’s responsibility to provide access.
